Roselyn takes our Thursday evening Beginners Group Cycling Class.
 

SANDRA
Sandra takes our Shape, Tone and Body Condition Circuits on Mondays and Wednesdays depending on availability.  Sandra also takes our Wednesday Level 2-3 Group Cycling Class at 12.30pm and Level 1-2 on Thursdays at 10.05am, and teaches Bodypump on Thursday nights.
