Bookings & Cancellations

 

In order to ensure fair provision of our services, it may be necessary to book classes or sessions for some facilities or activities.  Bookings may be made over the telephone (with the exception of the Afterschool Club) and will have to be paid for at the time of booking.

Sessions can be booked up to one month in advance with immediate payment. 

Please note:  To cancel any booking, notice of no less than 24 hours (48 hours for birthday parties) must be given to obtain a full refund.
